能力培养导向的“制药工程专业实验”教学实践

摘　　要：“制药工程专业实验”是专业实践教学的重要内容,与理论教学相辅相成,在制药工程人才培养中发挥着重要的作用。根据制药工程专业教学实施过程,结合专业人才培养要求,提出对制药工程专业类实验内容进行优化整合,并设计一套完善的综合性实验。以对乙酰氨基酚综合实验为例,实验涉及药物制备、剂型构建和质量分析。实验内容具有综合性,不仅可实现各专业课程内容之间的关联融合,使学生全面、系统、扎实地掌握理论知识,且有利于培养学生的综合实践能力和创新能力。在实验教学过程中融入课程思政元素,助力立德树人。通过综合性实验项目的改革,有效提升实践教学质量,使实验课更好地服务应用型高素质专业技术人才的培养目标。The specialized experiments are important parts of professional practical teaching for Pharmaceutical Engineering Major,which complements theoretical teaching and plays an important role in the cultivation of Pharmaceutical Engineering talents.This article proposes to optimize and integrate the contents of Pharmaceutical Engineering experimental courses based on the implementation process of pharmaceutical engineering teaching and the requirements of professional talent cultivation,and designs a complete and comprehensive experiment.Taking the comprehensive experiment of acetaminophen as an example,the experiment involves the preparation of drug,formulation construction,and quality analysis.The experimental content is comprehensive,which can not only achieve the integration of various professional course contents,but also help students master comprehensive,systematic,and solid theoretical knowledge,and cultivate their comprehensive practical and innovative abilities.Through the reform of comprehensive experimental projects,the quality of practical teaching has been effectively improved,making the experimental courses better serve the training goals of applied,high-quality,professional and technical talents.
