摘  要:长期以来,关于教学与科研之关系的思辨,始终作为高校教育工作者探讨甚至争论的核心议题。对此,以人文社科为例,通过深入阐发高水平科研赋能高校教学的实践机理,包括重视学理论述培养学生的专业认同和创新意识、引入具体案例提升教学内容的生动性与感染力、依托实干代训确保课堂教学与实践的有机结合、加强学术交流开拓学生的学科视野与专业视界。并在此基础之上,提出破除“五唯”专注沉淀具备标志性的科研成果、升级完善科研赋能教学的主动性和有效性、加强田野调查确保教师联系实际知识更新、挖掘思政元素并充分释放科研工作育人功效等优化路径,旨在正确理解和把握高校教学与科研工作的密切关系,高质量完成为党育人、为国育才的神圣职责。For a long time,the debate on the relationship between teaching and research has always been a core topic of discussion and even debate among university educators.Taking humanities and social sciences as an example,this article elaborates on the practical mechanism of high-level scientific research empowering university teaching,including emphasizing the cultivation of students’professional identity and innovative consciousness through theoretical discourse,introducing specific cases to enhance the vividness and infectiousness of teaching content,relying on practical training to ensure the organic combination of classroom teaching and practice,strengthening academic exchanges to broaden students’disciplinary and professional perspectives,and emphasizing that high-level scientific research is a necessary condition for the high-quality development of university teaching.On this basis,optimization paths are proposed such as breaking away from the five focuses and accumulating iconic scientific research achievements,upgrading and improving the initiative and effectiveness of scientific research empowering teaching,strengthening field investigations to ensure that teachers update their practical knowledge,and fully unleashing the educational effects of scientific research by exploring ideological and political elements.The aim is to correctly understand and grasp the close relationship between university teaching and scientific research,and to fulfill the sacred responsibility of educating people for the Party and the country with high quality.
