摘　　要：高校美育是落实立德树人根本任务的重要抓手,旨在通过多样化的教学手段和实践活动,培养学生的综合素质,使其具备发现美、感受美和创造美的能力。高校美育不仅关注艺术教育,还包括美学、文化、哲学等多领域的知识,既是审美教育,也是心灵教育与情操教育,将美育融入大学生心理健康教育,对大学生提升审美能力、增强自我认同、营造良好人际关系、培育积极心理品质具有重要作用。当前,将美育纳入心理健康教育,借助美育培养学生积极心理品质仍面临较多难题,高校须从完善制度设计、加强课程建设、丰富艺术实践三方面入手,实现美育和心育的同向发展。Aesthetic education in colleges and universities is an important starting point to carry out the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.It aims to cultivate students’comprehensive quality through diversified teaching means and practical activities,so that they can have the ability to discover beauty,feel beauty and create beauty.Aesthetic education in colleges and universities not only focuses on art education,but also includes knowledge in many fields such as aesthetics,culture and philosophy.It is not only aesthetic education,but also spiritual education and sentiment education.Integrating aesthetic education into mental health education of college students plays an important role in improving their aesthetic ability,enhancing self-identity,creating good interpersonal relations and cultivating positive psychological quality.However,at present,it is still difficult to integrate aesthetic education into mental health education and cultivate students’positive psychological quality with the help of aesthetic education.Colleges and universities should start from three aspects:perfecting system design,strengthening curriculum construction and enriching artistic practice,so as to realize the same development of aesthetic education and psychological education.
