摘　　要：“药物化学”是海南医科大学药学、临床药学及海洋药学等专业的专业基础课程,在“药物化学”课程教学中,应注重知识输送与能力、素质培养并重。通过探索O2O混合教学模式在“药物化学”课程教学中的应用,以大学生的思维和喜好作为切入点选择优质有趣的内容,加强教学内容的趣味性,从而改变学生被动学习的思维,培养学生的学习主动性,课堂上采取鼓励、引导等一系列措施,提高师生互动的频率和质量,一方面提升教师的教学水平,另一方面激发学生学习的主观能动性,促进知识目标、能力目标与素质目标的深度融合,提高人才培养的质量,为“药物化学”课程的O2O混合教学模式的开展教学提供一定的参考和借鉴。Pharmaceutical chemistry is a fundamental course in the fields of pharmacy,clinical pharmacy,and marine pharmacy at Hainan Medical University.In the teaching of pharmaceutical chemistry,it should focus on both knowledge transfer and the cultivation of abilities and qualities.This article aims to explore the application of O2O blended teaching mode in the teaching of pharmaceutical chemistry courses,taking the thinking and preferences of college students as the starting point to select high-quality and interesting content,strengthen the fun of teaching content,change students’passive learning thinking,cultivate their learning initiative,adopt a series of measures such as encouragement and guidance in the classroom,increase the frequency and quality of teacherstudent interaction,improve the teaching level of teachers,stimulate students’subjective initiative in learning,promote the deep integration of knowledge goals,ability goals and quality goals,and improve the quality of talent cultivation,providing certain reference and inspiration for the O2O blended teaching mode of pharmaceutical chemistry courses in other universities.
