摘　　要：师范教育的最终目标是培养高素质教师。教育实习是师范生成长为卓越教师的必经之路。教育实习有助于锻炼师范生的职业技能,培养其教育情怀,提升其就业竞争力和社会适应能力,而实习基地是教育实习不可或缺的支撑条件之一,也是高校与中学联系的重要纽带。湖北大学生命科学学院与武汉市第四十九中学合作共建生物师范教育实习基地,双方探索了共建实习基地的方式与途径。武汉市第四十九中学为湖北大学生命科学学院的生物师范生提供了教育实习基地,而湖北大学则为武汉市第四十九中学师生提供了诸多创新实践和研修提高的机会,双方本着互利互惠、共谋发展的原则,着力提高师范生的培养质量和提升中学师生素养,实现高校与中学的双赢,为服务地方经济社会发展做出贡献。The ultimate goal of teacher education is to cultivate high-quality teachers.Educational internship is the necessary path for normal students to grow into excellent teachers.Educational internship helps to exercise the vocational skills of normal students,cultivate their educational feelings,enhance their employment competitiveness and social adaptability.The internship base is one of the indispensable supporting conditions for educational internship,and it is also an important link between universities and middle schools.The College of Life Sciences of Hubei University and Wuhan No.49 Middle School cooperated to construct a biological teacher education internship base,and both parties explored ways and means to jointly build the internship base.Wuhan No.49 Middle School provides an educational internship base for the biological normal students of the College of Life Sciences of Hubei University,while Hubei University provides many opportunities for innovative practice and research and improvement for the teachers and students of Wuhan No.49 Middle School.Both parties adhere to the principle of mutual benefits and common development,and focus on improving the quality of teacher education and enhancing the quality of teachers and students in middle schools,achieving a win-win situation between the university and the middle school,and contributing to serving local economic and social development.
