摘　　要：战略性新兴产业在经济长远发展中具有重要的引领作用,而地方院校通过协同育人模式能够更好地满足这些产业对人才的需求。深入分析了地方院校在服务战略性新兴产业过程中协同育人的现状及存在的问题,并提出了产教协同、科教协同、名校名师协同、校地协同的“四维协同”育人机制。这一机制通过整合产业、教育、科研和地方政府的资源,提升战略性新兴产业人才培养的质量和效果。以重庆理工大学的实践探索为例,阐述了地方院校如何通过创新的协同育人模式,为战略性新兴产业培养高素质人才,从而为其他院校提供有益借鉴,促进教育和产业的深度融合。Strategic emerging industries have an important leading role in the long-term development of the economy,and local institutions can better meet the demand for talents in the development of strategic emerging industries through collaborative education.This paper analyzes the current situation of collaborative education in local institutions to serve strategic emerging industries and its problems,puts forward a“four-dimensional collaborative”education mechanism of industry-teaching collaboration,science-teaching collaboration,famous school-teacher collaboration and school-local collaboration,and takes Chongqing University of Technology as an example of its practical exploration to provide useful reference for the establishment of the mechanism of educating talents in local institutions to serve strategic emerging industries.It also provides a useful reference for local institutions to establish a mechanism for serving strategic emerging industries.
