摘 要:为优化磷石膏作充填骨料时存在的运输调配成本,研究调研分析了磷化工城市矿山磷石膏充填供需不平衡特征,并明确了影响多点间磷石膏供需调配的因素;基于网络流模型和Ford-Fulkerson算法思想,以充填用磷石膏运输成本最低、运输流量最大为决策目标,构建了基于网络最大可行流的充填用磷石膏运输优化调配模型;以湖北省宜昌市为例,利用模型对磷石膏运输调配方案进行优化,并计算了磷石膏运输综合成本。结果显示,综合成本在年需求量、总需求量两个维度上分别降低了36.79%和42.45%,表明了模型的有效性和可行性。为确保优化方案的切实可行,提出以企业生产量为权重的均摊策略,以增强各企业运输成本的公平性和合理性。This paper aims to identify the optimal distribution route for the road transportation of phosphogypsum.We began by conducting a data analysis to explore the supply-demand imbalances of phosphogypsum in China's phosphorus ore cities.The goal was to pinpoint the factors influencing the allocation of phosphogypsum across different locations and to perform a qualitative analysis of these factors.By analyzing the relationships among these influencing factors,we established a robust logical foundation for the formulation of model objective functions and constraints.To streamline model calculations,we employed cluster analysis to group the original 26 phosphorus mines into 16 demand points based on their geographical locations and latitude-longitude coordinates.Additionally,we analyzed the characteristics of the research problem,emphasizing the connection between the transportation allocation challenges of phosphogypsum in phosphorus ore cities and the theoretical framework of network flow models.With the dual objectives of minimizing transportation costs and optimizing routes,we developed an innovative optimization model for transportation allocation,rooted in the principles of network feasible flows.The Ford-Fulkerson algorithm was used to analyze the established model.Using Yichang's phosphogypsum depot and phosphorus mines as a case study,we employed MATLAB software to compute the optimal transportation route,taking into account distribution patterns,geographical locations,and supply-demand volumes.The results demonstrate that the proposed allocation optimization model effectively reflects the realities of phosphogypsum road transportation.Furthermore,the research methodology,which focuses on minimizing transportation risks and costs,aligns well with the specific needs of phosphogypsum logistics.To ensure the feasibility of the optimization scheme,we proposed a strategy that uses enterprise production capacity as a weighting factor.This approach aims to minimize discrepancies in transportation costs among enterpris
