摘 要:研究将“絮凝+超滤+纳滤+反渗透”的梯度富集工艺应用于桃罐头加工过程中产生的高浓碱水中,以解决碱水资源浪费以及工业废水对环境污染的问题。首先,选择聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)作为最佳絮凝剂,并得到最佳工艺参数(添加量200 mg/L,温度50℃,时间150 min)。絮凝处理后,碱水中COD、悬浮物(SS)及浊度值均显著降低。基于此,通过集成膜系统净化回收处理,筛选出优选了孔径10 nm的仿生流道卷式膜和截留量200~300 Da的纳滤膜,并评测了超滤膜的抗污性,实现高浓碱水的有效回收,最终碱回收率为92.6%,回收后的高浓碱液满足回用条件,可继续用于淋碱去皮工艺,实现了工业碱水的重复利用及工业废水的净化排放。The gradient enrichment process of"flocculation+ultrafiltration+nanofiltration+reverse osmosis"was applied to the high concentration alkali water produced in the processing of canned peach to solve the waste of alkali water resources and the environmental pollution caused by industrial wastewater.Firstly,polyacrylamide(PAM)was selected as the best flocculant,and the optimal process parameters(dosage 200 mg/L,temperature 50℃,time 150 min)were obtained.After flocculation treatment,COD,suspended solids(SS)and turbidity in alkaline water were significantly reduced.Based on this,through the purification and recovery treatment of the integrated membrane system,the biomimetic channel coiled membrane with an aperture of 10 nm and the nanofiltration membrane with a retention of 200~300 Da were selected,and the antifouling performance of the ultrafiltration membrane was evaluated to realize the effective recovery of high concentration alkali water.The final alkali recovery rate was 92.6%.The recovered high concentration alkali solution met the recycling conditions and could be reused in the alkali leaching and peeling process,realizing the reuse of industrial alkali water and the purification and discharge of industrial wastewater.
