摘 要:根据某款2.8 L柴油发动机的市场故障信息统计,其飞轮齿圈一直存在断齿故障。为降低该飞轮齿圈的故障率,采用故障树分析(FTA)法,对失效飞轮齿圈进行材料化学成分检测、硬度检测、金相组织检测、断口分析,最后对齿圈强度进行理论计算和计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析。结果表明:飞轮齿圈断齿的主要原因是齿圈淬火深度不足,淬火未覆盖至齿根圆以下,导致齿根弯曲强度不足,进而引起飞轮齿圈的韧性断裂。通过改进感应淬火装置,增加飞轮齿圈齿根圆淬火深度1.5~2.0 mm,解决了飞轮齿圈断齿问题。According to the market fault information statistics of 2.8 L engine,the flywheel ring gear has trouble of tooth fracture.To reduce the failure rate of flywheel ring gear,through fault tree analysis(FTA),the failure flywheel ring gear is tested for material chemical composition,hardness,metallographic structure,fracture analysis.Finally,theoretical calculation and computer aided engineering(CAE)analysis are performed on the strength of ring gear.The results show that the main reason for the broken teeth of the flywheel ring gear is the insufficient quenching depth of the ring gear,which is not covered below the tooth root circle,resulting in the insufficient bending strength of the tooth root and the ductile fracture of the flywheel ring gear.By improving the induction quenching device to increase the quenching depth of the tooth root circle of the flywheel gear ring by 1.5-2.0 mm,the problem of tooth breakage of the flywheel gear ring is solved.
