摘　　要：文章基于国家对新能源发展的支持政策,分析了太阳能光伏发电等新能源电站项目在快速发展中面临的政策、技术、市场和外部环境等投资风险因素。通过运用投资风险识别理论,提出了建立系统的风险预警机制和采用风险转移策略等风险管理措施,以降低投资中的不确定性,保障新能源电站项目的安全性与可持续发展,为清洁能源产业的健康成长提供有效支持。Based on national support policies for the development of renewable energy,this paper analyzes the investment risk factors faced by renewable energy projects such as solar photovoltaic power plants during their rapid growth.These factors include policy,technology,market and external environmental risks.By applying investment risk identification theories,the study proposes measures such as establishing a systematic risk early warning mechanism and adopting risk transfer strategies to reduce uncertainties in investment.These measures aim to ensure the safety and sustainable development of renewable energy projects,providing effective support for the healthy growth of the clean energy industry.
