摘　　要：文章聚焦于探讨企业管理信息化领域内,ERP系统的实际应用状况、核心应用范畴及其产生的积极影响。通过深入分析ERP在成本核算、市场营销管理、资产管控等多个维度的运用,阐述ERP系统如何助力企业战略规划的落实,促进管理效率与质量的双重提升,增强跨部门协同作业能力,并优化成本控制体系。此外,针对ERP应用实践中现存的问题,文章提出了针对性的改进策略,旨在为企业的ERP系统高效部署提供有价值的参考。This article focuses on exploring the practical application status,core application scope,and positive impact of ERP system in the field of enterprise management informatization.Through in-depth analysis of the application of ERP in multiple dimensions such as cost accounting,marketing management,and asset control,this article elaborates on how ERP system can assist in the implementation of enterprise strategic planning,promote the dual improvement of management efficiency and quality,enhance cross departmental collaboration capabilities,and optimize cost control systems.In addition,this article proposes targeted improvement strategies for the existing problems in ERP application practice,aiming to provide valuable references for the efficient deployment of ERP system in enterprises.
