摘  要:预测盾构施工引起的地表变形对于保障盾构施工安全具有重要意义。考虑地层损失、刀盘推力、非均匀盾壳摩擦力和注浆压力的影响,基于镜像法和Mindlin解原理建立了盾构施工引起地表变形预测模型,并将模型应用于实际工程中,验证了预测模型的正确性和合理性。研究结果表明:与传统方法相比,优化后的模型表面变形预测精度有所提高,因此该模型优于大多数其他传统方法。盾构掘进引起地表变形预测值与实测值之间存在一定差异,但是变形特征保持一致,且地表变形规律相似,验证了理论计算方法的准确性。Predicting the surface deformation caused by shield tunneling is of great significance for ensuring the safety of shield tunneling construction.Considering the effects of formation loss,cutterhead thrust,non-uniform shield shell friction force,and grouting pressure,this article established a prediction model for surface deformation caused by shield tunneling based on the mirror image method and Mindlin solution principle,and then the model was applied to an engineering case,which verifies the correctness and rationality of the proposed model.The results indicate that the prediction accuracy of surface deformation obtained by proposed model has been improved compared to traditional methods,thus the model outperformers most other traditional methods.There is a certain difference between the predicted and measured surface deformation values caused by shield tunneling,but the deformation characteristics remain consistent and the surface deformation patterns are similar,which verifies the accuracy of the proposed theoretical calculation method.
