摘 要:以基质沥青的组分对其脆化温度及高低温流变特性的影响效应进行分析。借助于沥青组分分离技术,测试70^(#)、90^(#)及110^(#)这3种沥青各自四组分的比例,并采用组分调和技术形成了具有不同轻重组分比的沥青样本。采用BBR、DSR及沥青脆化温度等试验分析轻重组分比对基质沥青脆化温度、m值及车辙因子的直接影响规律。研究结果表明,轻重组分比是基质沥青脆化温度的直接影响因素,提高基质沥青的轻重组分比例可显著地降低沥青的脆化温度并提升沥青的m值,结合轻重组分比对基质沥青高温流变特性及油石界面黏附性能的影响效应,可以得出在夏季路表温度可达70℃的地区(特别炎热地区)基质沥青的轻重组分比合理值为1.7,路表温度可达50℃的地区(一般炎热地区)基质沥青轻重组分比合理值为1.9。所得出的研究成果为工程实践中基质沥青的精确筛选提供了更加科学的依据。In this paper,the effects of the components of the matrix asphalt on its embrittlement temperature and high and low temperature rheological properties are analyzed.With the help of asphalt component separation technology,the ratios of four components of 70^(#),90^(#)and 110^(#)asphalt were tested,and the asphalt samples with different ratios of heavy and heavy components were formed by component blending technology.BBR,DSR and asphalt embrittlement temperature tests were used to analyze the direct effects of the ratio of light to heavy components on embrittlement temperature,m value and rutting factor of matrix asphalt.The results show that the ratio of light to heavy components is a direct factor affecting the embrittlement temperature of matrix asphalt.Increasing the ratio of light to heavy components of matrix asphalt can significantly reduce the embrittlement temperature of asphalt and increase the m value of asphalt.Considering the effect of the ratio of light to heavy components on the high temperature rheological properties of matrix asphalt and the adhesion properties of oil stone interface,it can be concluded that the reasonable value of the light to heavy component ratio of the matrix asphalt in the area where the road surface temperature can reach 70℃in summer(especially hot area)is 1.7,and the reasonable value of the light to heavy component ratio of the matrix asphalt in the area where the road surface temperature can reach 50℃(generally hot area)is 1.9.The research results obtained in this paper provide a more scientific basis for the accurate screening of matrix asphalt in engineering practice.
