司法类警校产教融合成效与推进——以广东司法警官职业学院司法鉴定技术专业为例

摘　　要：自国务院办公厅2017年印发《关于深化产教融合的若干意见》后,职业院校、行业和企业都积极参与产教融合教育教学工作。当前,司法类警校仍处于产教融合办学探索阶段,存在企业参与度不够、校企教学团队联合培养机制不完善、产教融合教学体系缺乏行业指导与监督等问题。基于《中华人民共和国职业教育法》背景,分析广东某司法警校司法鉴定技术专业产教融合实践路径及成效,提升合作企业积极性,完善校企教学团队激励制度,邀请行业协会深度参与,力求打破司法类警校产教融合局限,优化集群式产教融合办学实效。Since the General Office of the State Council issued the"Several Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Industry and Education"in 2017,vocational colleges,industries,and enterprises have actively participated in the work of integrating industry and education in education and teaching.At present,judicial police academies are still in the exploration stage of integrating industry and education,with problems such as insufficient participation of enterprises,imperfect joint training mechanism of school enterprise teaching teams,and lack of industry guidance and supervision in the integration of industry and education teaching system.Based on the background of the Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China,this paper analyzes the practical path and effectiveness of the integration of industry and education in the forensic identification technology major of a judicial police academy in Guangdong,enhances the enthusiasm of cooperative enterprises,improves the incentive system for school enterprise teaching teams,invites industry associations to participate deeply,and strives to break the limitations of the integration of production and education in judicial police academies and optimize the effectiveness of cluster based integration of production and education in running schools.
