摘　　要：开发出一套高效去除氯甲烷副产物稀硫酸有机杂质的佯盐水解-相分离-汽提工艺,以减少稀硫酸中杂质含量。确定的水解工序为:m(稀硫酸)∶m(酸性水)为1.02∶1,m(稀硫酸)∶m(双氧水)为64∶1,相分离工序水解酸过滤器压差≤0.21MPa,汽提工序蒸汽加入量为30kg/h。此外,还开发出一套稀硫酸真空浓缩-氧化工艺,通过真空环境降低稀硫酸的沸点,使硫酸的浓度不断提高,直到达到目标浓度96%,回用至精制系统。确定二级稀硫酸浓缩槽的压力为-90kPa,二级稀硫酸浓缩槽的温度为184℃。A highly efficient pseudo-salt hydrolysis-phase separation-stripping process for removing organic impurities from dilute sulfuric acid was developed to reduce the impurity content in dilute sulfuric acid.The mass ratio of dilute sulfuric acid to hydrogen peroxide in the hydrolysis process was determined to be 64∶1,and the mass ratio of the feed of dilute sulfuric acid to the feed of acidic water in the dilution tower of the raw material dilute sulfuric acid is 1.02∶1.In the phase separation process,the pressure difference of the hydrolyzed acid filter was less than or equals to 0.21MPa,and the steam addition rate in the stripping process was 30kg/h.A vacuum concentration-oxidation process for dilute sulfuric acid was also developed.By lowering the boiling point of dilute sulfuric acid in a vacuum environment,the concentration of sulfuric acid continuously increased until it reached the target concentration of 96%,which was successfully reused in the refining system.The pressure of the secondary dilute sulfuric acid concentration tank was-90kPa,and the temperature was 184℃.
