摘 要:除深水作业外,现代潜艇还需在自由面附近完成更多任务。因此,潜艇的操纵性能及流动特性均会受到自由面的影响,进而发生改变。该文采用计算流体力学方法对近水面的潜艇回转运动以及Z形操纵运动开展了数值模拟研究,以Joubert BB2潜艇标准模型和Marine 7371R型螺旋桨为研究对象,采用RANS方程求解方法,结合SST k-ω湍流模型,并通过流体体积法(Volume of Fluid,VOF)捕捉自由液面。然后,基于多级动态重叠网格方法实现潜艇的操纵运动模拟和艇-桨-舵的耦合控制,对深水和近水面工况下的潜艇自航运动、20°舵角下定常回转运动及20/20 Z形操纵运动进行了数值模拟。结果表明:在相同航速下,自由面的存在使得自航点的转速和相应螺旋桨推力逐渐增大,回转半径和战术直径都会增加;近水面潜艇在Z形操纵中超越角增大,转艏周期降低。最后,该文还探讨了操纵运动中自由面对流场特性、兴波特性和涡旋结构的影响。Besides operating in deep water,modern submarines are required to perform more tasks near the free surface,where their maneuverability and flow characteristics are influenced by the free surface.In this research,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)methods are employed to conduct numerical simulation on the steady turning and zigzag maneuvering of submarines near the free surface.The Joubert BB2 standard submarine model and the Marine 7371R propeller model are focused on,by utilizing the RANS equations with the SST k-ωturbulence model,and capturing the free surface through the Volume of Fluid(VOF)method.By implementing a multi-stage dynamic overset mesh method,the maneuver of submarines and the coupled control of the submarine-propeller-rudder system are realized.Numerical simulations of the submarine's steady turning motion and zigzag maneuver at a 20°rudder angle are conducted for both deep-water and near-surface conditions.The results indicate that under the same advancing speed,the free surface leads to increased propeller rotation rate and corresponding thrust value,as well as larger turning radius and tactical diameter.Furthermore,the impact of the free surface on flow field,wave-making characteristics and vortex structures during the maneuvering motion is explored in this study.
