摘　　要：西罗莫司属于哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白抑制剂,作为肝移植受者常用免疫抑制剂,具有预防排斥反应和抑制肿瘤细胞生长的双重功能。为进一步规范和优化西罗莫司在我国肝癌肝移植受者中的应用,中华医学会器官移植学分会肝移植学组组织国内相关领域专家,在《西罗莫司在肝癌肝移植中应用的中国专家共识(2020版)》基础上,充分借鉴国内外相关文献并结合循证医学依据和我国临床实践经验,围绕肝癌肝移植受者中西罗莫司的临床作用、应用方案、不良反应及血药浓度监测原则等方面,制订《中国肝癌肝移植受者西罗莫司临床应用指南(2024版)》。Sirolimus is a mammalian target of rapamycin inhibitor.Sirolimus is a frequently utilized immunosuppressant for liver transplant recipients,serving to both prevent rejection and inhibit tumor cell growth.In order to further standardize and optimize the application of sirolimus in liver transplant recipients for hepatocellular carcinoma in China,the Liver Transplantation Group,Branch of Organ Transplantation of Chinese Medical Association organized domestic experts to formulate the Chinese guideline for clinical application of sirolimus in liver transplant recipients with hepatocellular carcinoma(2024 edition)based on the Chinese expert consensus on application of sirolimus in liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma(2020 edition),and fully drawing on relevant domestic and foreign literature and combining evidence-based medicine and China′s clinical practice experience,focusing on the clinical effects,application schemes,adverse reactions and drug monitoring principles of sirolimus in liver transplant recipients for hepatocellular carcinoma.
