摘  要:目的对2020年与2024年福建省各级疾病预防控制机构的实验室仪器设备配置情况进行对比分析。方法以福建省95个疾控机构为调查对象,分别对其在2020年和2024年的仪器设备配置种类和数量状况进行调查,分析仪器设备增长情况。依据2023年12月国家疾病预防控制局发布的《疾病预防控制机构实验室仪器设备配置和管理》,将主要仪器设备划分为A类和B类。运用洛伦兹曲线和基尼系数对福建省疾控机构实验室设备数量按服务人口配置的公平性进行分析。结果与2020年比较,2024年福建省A类设备种类省级、市级、县级平均增长率分别为25.77%、25.97%、27.03%。省、市、县级A类设备数量平均增长率分别为25.23%、32.03%、26.53%,省、市、县级B类设备种类平均增长率分别为25.77%、24.42%、48.65%。A类设备种类的平均达标率达75.78%,其中省级达标率为74.39%,市级达标率为85.84%,县级达标率为74.73%;达标率在85%以上的有25家。A类设备数量平均达标率为69.24%,其中省、市、县级达标率分别为77.68%、81.93%、67.80%,达标率在85%以上的仅10家。A类设备综合达标率平均水平为72.51%,其中省、市、县级达标率分别为76.04%、83.89%、71.26%,达标率在85%以上的有20家。B类设备种类平均达标率为39.70%,其中省、市、县级达标率分别为38.98%、42.67%、39.39%,各级疾控机构的达标率均不足65%。全省每万人拥有A类设备为1.62台,全省每万人拥有B类设备为1.35台。各市的A类设备和B类设备按照服务人口配置的基尼系数分别为0.46、0.47。结论福建省疾病预防控制机构实验室仪器设备总体上有所改善,但仍存在实验室仪器设备种类和数量不足、分布不均衡等问题。Objective To compare and analyze the configuration of laboratory instruments and equipment of disease prevention and control institutions at all levels in Fujian province in 2020and 2024.Methods A survey was conducted on 95disease prevention and control institutions in Fujian province,assessing the types and quantities of laboratory instruments and equipment in both 2020and 2024.The growth in instrumentation and equipment was analyzed.Additionally,the disparities between the institutions′configurations and the standards outlined in the Configuration and Management of Laboratory Instrumentation and Equipment for Disease Prevention and Control Institutions(WS/T10001-2023)were compared,alongside the overall configuration levels.Results Compared to 2020,the average growth rates for category A equipment types in 2024were 25.77%,25.97%,and 27.03%at the provincial,municipal,and county levels,respectively.The average growth rates for the quantities of category A equipment were 25.23%,32.03%,and 26.53%at these respective levels.For category B equipment types,the average growth rates were 25.77%,24.42%,and 48.65%.The average compliance rate for category A equipment types was 75.78%,with provincial,municipal,and county-level compliance rates at 74.39%,85.84%,and 74.73%respectively.There were 25institutions with a compliance rate above 85%.The average compliance rate in terms of the number of category A equipment was 69.24%,with provincial,municipal,and county-level compliance rates at 77.68%,81.93%,and 67.80%respectively,and only 10institutions had a compliance rate above 85%.The average overall compliance rate for category A equipment was 72.51%,with provincial,municipal,and county-level compliance rates at 76.04%,83.89%,and 71.26%respectively,and 20entities had a compliance rate above 85%.The average compliance rate for category B equipment types was 39.70%,with provincial,municipal,and countylevel compliance rates at 38.98%,42.67%,and 39.39%respectively,all falling below 65%.The province had 1.62units of category A equ
