摘　　要：肝纤维化是一种常见于慢性肝病中的可逆损伤修复反应。其病理主要表现为细胞外基质在肝脏组织中的过度增生与沉积。肝纤维化在不及时治疗的情况下,可进展为最终导致肝衰竭的肝硬化和肝细胞癌。肝脏巨噬细胞具有吞噬和传递抗原的功能,参与机体的免疫应答,也参与肝脏的损伤和修复。肝脏巨噬细胞是以固有的肝脏巨噬细胞和单核细胞为主转化而成的一群免疫细胞,具有多样性,并起着错综复杂的作用,能够促进肝脏损伤的炎性反应、纤维化的进展和纤维化的消退。它是影响肝纤维化进程的核心参与者,被认为是治疗肝纤维化的重要靶点。概述巨噬细胞在肝纤维化过程中的重要作用,巨噬细胞如何影响肝纤维化进程,以及靶向巨噬细胞的抗纤维化能力,为肝纤维化疗法提供新的方法和思路。Hepatic fibrosis is a reversible damage repair reaction commonly seen in chronic liver disease.The main pathological manifestations are excessive proliferation and deposition of extracellular matrix in liver tissue.If left untreated,liver fibrosis can progress to cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma,which eventually lead to liver failure.Liver macrophages have the function of phagocytosis and antigen transfer,participate in the immune response of the body,and also participate in liver damage and repair.Liver macrophages are a group of immune cells mainly transformed from innate liver macrophages and monocytes.They have diversity and play a complex role,which can promote the inflammatory response of liver injury,the progression of fibrosis and the regression of fibrosis.It is a key player in the progression of liver fibrosis and is considered an important target for the treatment of liver fibrosis.This paper summarizes the important role of macrophages in the process of liver fibrosis,how macrophages affect the process of liver fibrosis,and the anti-fibrosis ability of targeted macrophages,providing new methods and ideas for the treatment of liver fibrosis.
