摘　　要：混合式教学模式结合了传统课堂教学与现代在线学习的优势,为大学生英语自主学习能力的培养提供了新路径。研究通过分析混合式教学的特点及其对英语自主学习能力的影响,提出有效的培养策略,以期为高校英语教育改革提供理论支持和实践参考。The blended teaching mode combines the advantages of traditional classroom teaching and modern online learning, and provides a new path for the cultivation of college students' autonomous English learning ability. By analyzing the characteristics of blended teaching and its influence on English autonomous learning ability, this study puts forward effective training strategies to provide theoretical support and practical references for the reform of English education in colleges and universities.
