长江经济带高新技术企业分布格局变化及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：高新技术企业作为链接创新研发与市场销售的一环,对实现高质量发展具有积极意义。研究以长江经济带为范围,运用LISA时间路径、LISA时空跃迁方法对范围内高新技术企业的分布变化特征进行刻画,同时运用MGWR模型对影响其分布的因素进行探索,发现:(1)从2016年末到2019年末再到2022年末,长江经济带高新技术企业数量每三年以近翻一番的速度增长,空间分布特征上,上游和中游地区均呈现双核心特征增强的趋势,下游地区从以“上海”为核心向“上海、苏州、杭州”三足鼎立的局面转变。(2)集聚分布特征上,高新技术企业增长的空间路径依赖特征明显,即:高新技术企业高度集聚地区的空间分布结构动态变化性也越强,大部分研究单元的空间分布结构波动变化较弱,集聚单元的跃迁类型以Type0型为主。(3)高新技术企业分布主要受技术创新环境、市场需求、基础设施与公共服务水平、政策等因素的影响。各区域的影响因素存在明显的时空异质性。As a link between innovative research and development and marketing,high-tech enterprises have positive significance for achieving high-quality development.This study takes the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the scope,uses"LISA time path"and"LISA time and space transition"to describe the distribution change characteristics of high-tech enterprises within the scope,and uses"MGWR model"to explore the factors affecting their distribution,and finds that:(1)From the end of 2016 to the end of 2019 to the end of 2022,the number of high-tech enterprises in the study area nearly doubled every three years.In terms of spatial distribution,both the upper and the middle reaches showed a trend of increasing dual-core characteristics,and the lower reaches changed from"Shanghai"as the core to"Shanghai,Suzhou and Hangzhou".(2)In terms of agglomeration,the growth of high-tech enterprises has obvious spatial path-dependent characteristics,that is,the dynamic change of the spatial distribution structure in the highly clustered areas of high-tech enterprises is stronger,the fluctuation of the spatial distribution structure of most research units is weak,and the transition type of agglomeration units is mainly Type0.(3)The distribution of high-tech enterprises is mainly affected by technological innovation environment,market demand,infrastructure and public service level,policy and other factors.There was obvious spatial and temporal heterogeneity of the influencing factors in each region.Among them,"the number of ordinary college students","the number of industrial enterprises above designated size"and"science and technology expenditure"have a significant positive impact on the distribution of high-tech enterprises in each unit of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and"science and technology expenditure"is the most influential factor."The number of high-speed railway stations"mainly has a significant positive impact on the distribution of high-tech enterprises in the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,but the im
