区域国别学与外语教育视角下的国别与区域研究

摘　　要：鉴于交叉学科门类下新设“区域国别学”一级学科,外国语言文学学科一直倡导的“国别与区域研究”在2024年初新发布的《研究生教育学科专业简介及其学位基本要求(试行版)》中没能被增设为新的二级学科,而是作为研究方向融入所有以语种为划分依据的二级学科之中,一定程度上丰富了相关二级学科的研究层次;同时,“外语教育学”正式成为新的二级学科。厘清和处理好交叉学科下的“区域国别学”与外国语言文学学科中的“国别与区域研究”之间的关系成为亟待解决的问题。“外语教育学”的设立对于凝聚外国语言文学学科内部国别与区域研究共识、深化国别与区域研究的外国语言文学学科主体性、赋能“区域国别学”一级学科建设提供了更多的空间和可能。Following the establishment of"Country and Area Studies"as a new first-level discipline under the interdisciplinary category,the long-advocated"Country and Area Research"within the discipline of Foreign Language and Literature was not introduced as a new second-level discipline in the newly released Graduate Education Discipline and Program Overview and Degree Basic Requirements(Trial Version)in early 2024.Instead,it was integrated as a research direction within all second-level disciplines categorized by language divisions,thereby enriching the research dimensions of the related second-level disciplines.At the same time,"Foreign Language Education"has been officially recognized as a new second-level discipline.Clarifying and managing the relationship between"Country and Area Studies"'as a first-level interdiscipline and"Country and Area Research"'within the first-level discipline of Foreign Language and Literature has become an urgent issue.The establishment of"Foreign Language Education"'offers more potential and possibilities for consolidating a consensus on Country and Area Research within the discipline of Foreign Language and Literature,enhancing the subjectivity of Country and Area Research within the discipline,and empowering the development of the first-level discipline"Country and Area Studies."
