摘　　要：本文从语言政策与规划视角探讨了中外教师线上协作教学模式在印尼茉华学校华文口语教学中的应用与影响,旨在揭示政策导向下教育现代化与全球教育质量的提升路径。印尼茉华学校的案例证明了其在平衡性和互补性上的独特优势。研究还讨论了该模式在经济效益、师资发展、模式灵活性及技术普及方面的价值,并针对挑战提出应对策略。结论指出,语言政策与规划对模式创新与全球推广至关重要,对教育国际化及质量提升有深远影响,未来研究将为全球教育理论与实践提供更多创新启示。This paper explores the application and impact of an online collaborative teaching model between Chinese and foreign teachers in the Chinese oral language program at Mohua School in Indonesia from the perspective of language policy and planning.It aims to identify approaches for educational modernization and global quality enhancement under policy guidance.The case of Mohua School in Indonesia demonstrates its unique advantages in achieving balance and complementarity.Furthermore,this paper discusses the model's values in economic benefits,teacher development,flexibility,and technology dissemination,while proposing strategies to address associated challenges.The conclusion highlights that language policy and planning are crucial for the innovation and global promotion of such models,with profound implications for educational internationalization and quality improvement.Future research is expected to provide further innovative insights into global educational theory and practice.
