摘　　要：目的编制脑卒中患者照顾者赋能水平量表,并进行信效度检验。方法以赋能理论和知信行理论为理论框架,通过文献检索、半结构式面对面访谈,形成脑卒中患者照顾者赋能水平量表条目池;通过3轮专家函询和预调查,形成脑卒中患者照顾者赋能水平量表初稿。2023年8月—2024年2月,采用便利抽样法选取在扬州市中医院、江苏大学附属人民医院和无锡市中医医院住院的脑卒中患者照顾者320例为调查对象,调查其脑卒中患者照顾者赋能水平量表初稿。采用临界比值法、相关系数法及内部一致性法进行项目分析,形成脑卒中患者照顾者赋能水平量表终稿。采用条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)和量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI)评估量表的内容效度,采用探索性因子分析(EFA)和相关性分析对量表进行结构效度检验。应用Cronbach'sα系数及折半信度对量表条目进行信度分析;2周后对30例脑卒中患者照顾者再次进行量表调查,计算重测信度。结果脑卒中患者照顾者赋能水平量表终稿包括3个维度25个条目。该量表的I-CVI为0.83~1.00,S-CVI为0.97。提取特征值>1的公因子数目为3个,累积方差贡献率为66.912%。Pearson相关分析结果显示,量表各维度评分之间、各维度评分与总分之间、条目评分与所在维度评分之间的r值均>0.400。该量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.959,各维度的Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.953、0.913、0.907;该量表的折半信度为0.853,各维度的折半信度分别为0.957、0.919、0.896。2周后,该量表的重测信度为0.958,各维度的重测系数分别为0.908、0.846、0.794。结论本研究编制的脑卒中患者照顾者赋能水平量表具有良好的信效度,能科学、客观地评估脑卒中患者照顾者赋能水平现状。Objective To develop an Empowerment Level Scale for Caregivers of Stroke Patients and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the empowerment theory and the knowledge-belief-behavior theory,an item pool for the Empowerment Level Scale for Caregivers of Stroke Patients was formed through literature review and semi-structured face-to-face interviews.The initial draft of Empowerment Level Scale for Caregivers of Stroke Patients was developed through three rounds of expert consultation and pilot surveys.From August 2023 to February 2024,320 caregivers of stroke patients hospitalized in Yangzhou Hospital of TCM,Jiangsu University Affiliated People's Hospital and Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the subjects by convenience sampling method.The initial draft of the Empowerment Level Scale for Caregivers of Stroke Patients was administered to these subjects.Items were analyzed using the critical ratio method,correlation coefficient method,and internal consistency method to form the final draft of Empowerment Level Scale for Caregivers of Stroke Patients.Content validity of the scale was assessed using the item-level content validity index(I-CVI)and the scale-level content validity index(S-CVI).Exploratory factor analysis(EFA)and correlation analysis were used to test the structural validity of the scale.Cronbach's alpha coefficient and folded half reliability were applied to analyze the reliability of the scale items;the scale was administered again to 30 caregivers of stroke patients 2 weeks later to calculate the retest reliability.Results The final draft of Empowerment Level Scale for Caregivers of Stroke Patients included 25 entries in 3 dimensions.TheI-CVIfor this scale ranged from 0.83 to 1.00,and theS-CVIwas 0.97.The number of common factors extracted with eigenvalues>1 was 3,with a cumulative variance contribution of 66.912%.Pearson correlation analysis showed ther-values between the scale's dimension scores,between the dimension scores and the total score,and between th
