高职院校提前招生的数据治理与平台建设研究

摘　　要：高职院校提前招生是国家推进高考招生制度改革的重要举措,为高职院校提供了多元化的选拔机制。提前招生的数据多源异构且管理日趋复杂,高职院校面临数据标准共享困难、处理效率有限及治理能力不足等挑战。基于江苏省高职院校的实践,借助现代信息技术,构建了涵盖数据采集、存储、分析与共享一体化的提前招生数据治理平台。实践结果表明,科学的数据治理策略能够显著提升招生数据的质量和管理效能,为新时代江苏省高职院校提前招生数据治理提供了理论支持和实践依据。Early enrollment in higher vocational colleges is a significant measure for the country to promote the reform of the college entrance examination enrollment system,which provides a diversified selection mechanism for higher vocational colleges.The data associated with early enrollment,characterized by multi-sourced heterogeneity and increasingly complex management,poses challenges such as difficulties in data standard sharing,limited processing efficiency,and insufficient governance capabilities.Based on the practices of higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province,with the help of modern information technology,an integrated data governance platform encompassing data collection,storage,analysis,and sharing is constructed.The practical results indicate that scientific data governance strategies can significantly enhance the quality and management efficiency of enrollment data and provide theoretical support and practical foundations for the early enrollment data governance of higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province in the new era.
