摘　　要：基于灰色预测模型GM(1,1),对乌兹别克斯坦信息技术人才需求进行了定量预测。在深入剖析乌兹别克斯坦信息技术人才市场供需现状的基础上,提出了扩大人才培养规模、优化区域布局、完善产教融合机制和加强中乌国际合作的对策建议,旨在为鲁班工坊的建设及数字经济背景下乌兹别克斯坦信息技术人才培养提供决策依据。This paper employs the Grey Forecasting Model GM(1,1)to quantitatively forecast the demand for information technology talent in Uzbekistan.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation of supply and demand of information technology talent market in Uzbekistan,this paper proposes some countermeasures to expand the scale of talent cultivation,optimize the regional layout,improve the integration mechanisms of industry-education,and strengthen the cooperation between China and Uzbekistan,aiming to provide decision-making support for the establishment of Luban workshops and the cultivation of information technology talent in Uzbekistan under the background of digital economy.
