摘　　要：聚焦高校学生党员分类积分制管理,分析其内涵与理论基础,阐述积分设置、考核流程及应用,结合案例剖析成效与挑战,提出完善积分指标体系、优化积分管理流程、强化激励措施、加强教育引导与监督、构建长效反馈与改进机制等策略建议。高校学生党员分类积分制管理有助于提升党员教育管理的科学性与实效性,推动学生党员发挥先锋模范作用。Focusing on the management of the classified credit-based system for college student Party members,the paper analyzes its theoretical connotation and basis,elaborates on credit allocation criteria,assessment process and application,examines its effectiveness and challenges through case studies,and proposes optimization strategies such as refining the credit evaluations index system,streamlining management procedures,strengthening incentive measures,enhancing educational guidance and supervision,and building a long-term feedback and improvement mechanism.The classified credit-based system for college student Party members management is helpful to enhance the scientificity and effectiveness of Party member education and management,and promote student Party members to play a vanguard and exemplary role in academic and social context.
