中国共产党建构中华文化主体性的历史进程、基本经验与现实意义

摘　　要：文化主体性是人的主体性在文化层面的表征,是一个民族文化生命的根本维系。作为中华优秀传统文化的忠实继承者和弘扬者,中国共产党团结带领中国人民在新民主主义革命时期找到了一条建构文化主体性的正确道路,实现文化自立;在社会主义革命和建设时期继续推动文化主体性建设转型,确立文化自觉;在改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期,重塑和巩固文化主体性建设,增强文化自信;在中国特色社会主义新时代,文化主体性进入体系化建设新阶段,走向文化自强。新的历史起点上更好地担负起新的文化使命与文化主体性建构深刻关联,必须始终坚持党的文化领导权,深入推进“第二个结合”,激活人民群众的文化意识及保持开放包容的宽广胸怀。中国式现代化实践背景下,建构中华文化主体性具有重要现实意义,夯实了中国式现代化的文明底蕴,赋予了中国式现代化的中国特色,强化了中国式现代化的精神力量。Cultural subjectivity is the characterization of human subjectivity at the cultural level,and it is the fundamental maintenance of a nation's cultural life.As a faithful inheritor and promoter of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,the CPC united and led the Chinese people to find a correct path to construct cultural subjectivity during the period of New Democratic Revolution,realizing cultural self-reliance;it continued to promote the transformation of cultural subjectivity construction during the socialist revolution and construction period,establishing cultural self-consciousness;during the reform and opening-up period and the new period of socialist modernization,it reshaped and consolidated the cultural subjectivity construction and enhance cultural self-confidence;in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,cultural subjectivity enters a new stage of systematic construction and moves towards cultural self-reliance.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,cultural subjectivity has entered a new stage of systematization and is moving towards cultural self-improvement.The new historical starting point is deeply related to the construction of cultural subjectivity,and it is necessary to insist on the Party's cultural leadership,promote the"second combination",activate the people's cultural consciousness,and maintain an open and tolerant broad mind.In the context of the practice of Chinese modernization,the construction of Chinese cultural subjectivity is of great practical significance,consolidating the civilizational heritage of Chinese modernization,giving Chinese characteristics to Chinese modernization,and strengthening the spiritual power of Chinese modernization.
