摘  要:为全面评估小学高年段学生的劳动素养,采用德尔菲法进行了两轮专家咨询,并运用层次分析法对各指标进行了权重划分,最终构建了一套系统的小学高年级劳动素养评价指标体系。该体系包括劳动观念、劳动能力、劳动习惯和劳动精神4个一级指标,劳动认知等9个二级指标和领悟劳动意义等24个三级指标。In order to comprehensively evaluate the labor literacy of senior primary school students,this study conducted two rounds of expert consultation using the pelphi method and determined index weights through the Analytic Hierarohy Process.Finally,a set of systematic evaluation index system of labor literacy of senior primary school students was constructed.The system includes four first-level indicators of labor concept,labor ability,labor habit and labor spirit,as well as nine second-level indicators such as labor cognition and twenty-four third-level indicators such as understanding labor significance.
