摘　　要：阐述电容式加速度传感器的原理,探索电容式加速度传感器的改进方向,分析电容式加速度传感器的构成,通过构建模型模拟机电耦合的方式,对传感器端口中电流的变化情况进行模拟分析。This paper describes the principle of capacitive acceleration sensors,explores improvement directions for capacitive acceleration sensors,analyzes the composition of capacitive acceleration sensors,and simulates and analyzes the changes in current in sensor ports by constructing a model to simulate electromechanical coupling.
