摘　　要：目的探讨微小RNA-29b-2-5p(miR-29b-2-5p)及突触融合蛋白质16(STX16)在肝细胞癌(HCC)中的表达情况及预后价值。方法收集2013年1月至2020年9月在南通市肿瘤医院确诊的88例HCC患者的癌组织和癌旁组织,实时荧光定量PCR分析癌组织与癌旁组织中miR-29b-2-5p与STX16的表达情况,免疫组化分析癌组织与癌旁组织中STX16蛋白的表达情况,Pearson相关分析miR-29b-2-5p与STX16的相关性,非参数χ^(2)检验分析二者与临床病理参数的关系,Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析二者表达情况与预后的关系。结果88例HCC患者癌组织miR-29b-2-5p相对表达水平为0.780(0.351,1.708),癌旁组织为1.014(0.458,3.124),癌组织相对表达水平低于癌旁组织(P=0.012)。88例HCC患者癌组织STX16 mRNA相对表达水平为0.775(0.406,0.946),癌旁组织为0.368(0.080,1.301),癌组织相对表达水平高于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。免疫组化结果提示,STX16在细胞质中表达,且癌组织表达高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。癌组织miR-29b-2-5p的表达与肿瘤分期有关(P<0.05),STX16的表达与肿瘤分期、甲胎蛋白有关(P<0.05)。miR-29b-2-5p低表达者的总生存期(OS)较高表达者缩短,STX16高表达者的OS较低表达者缩短(P<0.05)。结论HCC患者癌组织中miR-29b-2-5p呈低表达,STX16呈高表达,二者联合检测可有效评估HCC患者的预后。Objective To investigate the expression and prognostic value of microRNA-29b-2-5p(miR-29b-2-5p)and syntaxin 16(STX16)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of 88 HCC patients diagnosed in Nantong Tumor Hospital from January 2013 to September 2020 were collected.The expressions of miR-29b-2-5p and STX16 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were analyzed by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.The expression of STX16 protein in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were analyzed by immunohistochemistry.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between miR-29b-2-5p and STX16.Non-parametricχ^(2) test was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of the two proteins and clinicopathological parameters,and Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of the two proteins and prognosis.Results The relative expression level of miR-29b-2-5p was 0.780(0.351,1.708)in cancer tissues and 1.014(0.458,3.124)in adjacent tissues in 88 HCC patients.The relative expression level of miR-29b-2-5p in cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues(P=0.012).The relative expression level of STX16 mRNA was 0.775(0.406,0.946)in cancer tissues and 0.368(0.080,1.301)in adjacent tissues in 88 HCC patients.The relative expression level of STX16 mRNA in cancer tissues was significantly higer than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.01).Immunohistochemical results showed that STX16 was expressed in the cytoplasm,and the expression of STX16 in cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression of miR-29b-2-5p in cancer tissues was related to cancer stage(P<0.05),and the expression of STX16 was related to cancer stage and alpha-fetoprotein(P<0.05).Patients with low miR-29b-2-5p expression had a shorter overall survival(OS)than those with high miR-29b-2-5p expression,and patients with high STX16 expression had a shorter OS than those with low STX16 expression(P<0.05).Conclusion The exp
