高校课程思政“双态”评价体系机理研究——基于32门国家级课程思政示范课程的实证分析

摘　　要：课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措,但评价体系的缺失已成为制约其建设成效的关键问题。从静态与动态双重视角出发,创新性地构建了高校课程思政“双态”评价体系。静态视角着眼于教学设计的评价,利用教学目标、教学内容等指标,确保思政元素在设计中的科学融入;动态视角则关注实施过程的评估,通过思政元素融入、学生互动参与等指标,实时评估课程思政在教学过程中的执行效果。以32门国家级课程思政示范课程为样本,验证了该体系的可行性,并提出了有效实施的对策,包括构建系统化培训体系、打造示范性案例库以及推进评价体系与教学过程深度融合,从而为高校课程思政实施提供理论依据与实践指导。Curriculum ideological and political construction is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of moral education,but the lack of evaluation system has become a key issue restricting its effectiveness.From the static and the dynamic perspectives,this study constructs a“dual-state”evaluation system for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The static perspective focuses on the evaluation of teaching design,and uses indicators such as teaching objectives and teaching contents to ensure the scientific integration of ideological and political elements in the design.The dynamic perspective pays attention to the implementation processes in order to evaluate the execution effects of ideological and political education in real time by observing such indicators as the integration of ideological and political elements,the interactive participation of students,etc.Taking 32 national ideological and political demonstration model courses as samples,this paper verifies the feasibility of the system,and puts forward countermeasures for effective implementation,including building a systematic training system,creating a demonstration case base,and promoting the deep integration of the evaluation system and teaching processes,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the implementation of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.
