摘  要:当前我国本科层次职业教育与社会需求脱节,职业教育始终得不到社会广泛认同,社会需求与社会认同发展严重不对等。为究其根本,基于利益相关者理论,分析本科层次职业教育各方利益主体,从认知、情感、价值三个范畴维度和招生、培养、就业三个内容维度考量,建立维度模型。综合各方利益相关者的权益诉求,剖析本科层次职业教育社会认同度低的内在原因,从增强认知认同、培育情感认同、提升价值认同三个方面给出社会认同度提升的有效路径策略。Chinese undergraduate vocational education is divorced from social needs and has not gained widespread social recognition at present.There is a serious imbalance between social needs and social recognition.To investigate the root causes,this paper analyzes the stakeholders of undergraduate vocational education and establishes a dimensional model based on the stakeholder theory,considering three dimensions of cognition,emotion,and value,as well as three content dimensions of enrollment,training,and employment.By integrating the rights and interests of all stakeholders,this paper analyzes the internal reasons for the low social recognition of undergraduate vocational education and proposes effective path strategies for enhancing social recognition from three aspects:enhancing cognitive recognition,cultivating emotional recognition,and improving value recognition.
