摘 要:职业自我胜任感对高职大学生的职业发展有着重要的促进作用。采用问卷对498名高职生开展调查,探索高职大学生自立人格对职业自我胜任感的关系及其作用机制。研究结果显示:自立人格对职业自我胜任感有显著正向影响;前摄性应对方式和反馈寻求动机在其间起着链式中介作用。研究结果启示:高职院校可以从激发学生主观能动性、培养学生前摄性思维与习惯以及为学生构建安全的心理氛围等角度,多维度、多渠道、多方面地提升高职生的职业自我胜任感。Self-perceived employability plays a crucial role in promoting the career development of higher vocational college students.Therefore,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 498 higher vocational college students to explore the relationship between their self-supporting personality and self-perceived employability,as well as the underlying mechanisms.The research results show that self-supporting personality has a significant positive impact on self-perceived employability;Proactive coping and feedback seeking motivation serve as serial mediators in this relationship.The results suggest that higher vocational colleges can enhance students'self-perceived employability in a multi-dimensional,multi-channel and multi-sided approach by stimulating students'subjective initiative,cultivating students'proactive thinking and habits,and creating a secure psychological atmosphere for students.
