摘  要:由于风机旋转机械常运行于变转速工况,其振动信号处于非平稳状态,使得振动控制存在困难。为此,提出非平稳振动状态下风机旋转机械自动控制方法。建立转子力学运动方程,采集转子振动信号,构建多尺度Gauss线性调频小波字典,分解信号不同频率成分并提取有效振动信号。根据振动幅值计算结果,利用全局搜索算法,生成反向控制信号,迫使转子围绕几何中心旋转,生成调整轨迹,实施机械非平稳振动主动控制。实验结果证明:所提方法对旋转机组的非平稳振动能够起到有效的控制作用,可以提高风机的稳定运行。Due to the fact that the fan rotating machinery often operates under variable speed conditions,its vibration signal is in a non-stationary state,and making vibration control difficult.Therefore,an automatic control method for the rotating machinery of the fan under non-stationary vibration state is proposed.The motion equation of rotor mechanics is established to collect rotor vibration signals,and construct a multi-scale Gauss linear frequency modulation wavelet dictionary to decompose different frequency components of the signal and extract effective vibration signals.Based on the calculation results of vibration amplitude,using a global search algorithm,generate corresponding reverse control signals,force the rotor to rotate around the geometric center,generate adjustment trajectories,and implement active control of mechanical non-stationary vibration.The experiment results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively control the non-stationary vibration of the rotating unit and improve the stable operation of the fan.
