摘 要:为明确水稻被恶苗病菌侵染时代谢产物的变化情况,以水稻恶苗病的高抗品种为材料,采用非靶向代谢组学方法,以VIP>1.0,FC>1.5或FC<0.667且p<0.05为阈值,筛选出120个正离子模式代谢物和95个负离子模式代谢物,在正离子模式差异代谢产物中接种处理的月桂酸单甘油酯产生较多,在负离子模式差异代谢产物中接种处理的茉莉酸产生较多,赤霉酸产生较少。水稻芽遭受恶苗病菌侵染时,高抗品种水稻芽代谢产生较多的茉莉酸,诱导水稻产生防御反应,减少赤霉酸产生,增加了代谢产物月桂酸单甘油酯产生,因此有效提高了高抗恶苗病水稻品种的抗病性。另外,经田间防治效果验证,200 mg/kg月桂酸单甘油酯对恶苗病有较好防治效果。In order to clarify the changes for metabolite of rice(Oryza sativa L.)infected by Fusarium fujikuroi,using rice varities with high resistance to Fusarium fujikuroi as materials,non-targeted metabolomics method was conduited,with VIP>1.0,FC>1.5 or FC<0.667 and p<0.05 as the threshold values,to screen out 120 positive and 95 negative ion mode metabolites with significant differences,and inoculated the treated glyceryl monolaurate in the positive ion mode difference metabolites were produced,more jasmonic acid was produced and less gibberellic acid was produced in the different metabolites of negative ion mode.When rice buds were infected by the Fusarium fujikuroi,the high-resistant rice buds metabolized more jasmonic acid,which induced the defense response of rice,reduced the production of gibberellanic acid,and increased the production of the metabolite glyceryl monolaurate.Therefore,the disease resistance of the high-resistant rice varieties to bakanae disease was effectively improved.In addition,200 mg/kg glyceryl monolaurate had a better control effect on malignant seedling disease after field control.
