摘  要:为研究糯玉米自交系间血缘关系和表型性状间相互关系,鉴定筛选优良自交系,以117份糯玉米自交系为研究材料,通过Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、隶属函数、主成分分析和聚类分析等方法对16个表型性状进行综合鉴定和评价分析。结果表明,叶夹角的遗传多样性指数(H′)最大,穗粗的H′最小;通过聚类分析,117份糯玉米自交系被划分为五大类群。通过综合得分(D值)对117份供试材料进行综合评价并筛选出15份优良糯玉米自交系。In order to study the relationship between blood relationship and phenotypic traits among waxy maize(Zea mays L.)inbred lines,and to identify and select superior inbred lines,117 waxy maize inbred lines were selected as research materials,and 16 phenotypic traits were comprehensively identified and evaluated by Shannon-Wiener diversity index,membership function,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the genetic diversity index H′of leaf angle was the largest,and H′of ear diameter was the smallest.117 glutinous maize inbred lines were classified into five groups by cluster analysis.117 samples were evaluated and 15 excellent glutinous maize inbred lines were selected by D value.
