摘  要:C-C基序趋化因子配体2(CCL2)作为一种经典的趋化因子,最初被认为参与免疫细胞浸润和炎症反应。近年来发现与多种恶性肿瘤的发病密切相关。CCL2与其受体CCR2组成CCL2-CCR2信号轴,在胶质瘤的病理血管生成、细胞生长、迁移运动和免疫抑制等方面发挥作用,促进胶质瘤的增殖、侵袭和复发。此外,CCL2的表达水平与胶质瘤患者的预后高度相关,可作为一种判断胶质瘤预后的潜在生物标志物。该文旨在回顾近年来CCL2的相关研究,对其参与胶质瘤细胞生长、侵袭、血管生成、免疫抑制、细胞招募的相关分子机制以及在胶质瘤中的临床意义做一综述。As a classical chemokine,C-C motif chemokine ligand 2(CCL2)was initially thought to be involved in immune cell infiltration and inflammatory response.Recently,it has been found to be closely associated with the pathogenesis of several malignancies.CCL2 and its receptor CCR2 form the CCL2-CCR2 signaling axis,which plays a role in pathological angiogenesis,cell growth,migratory movement,and immunosuppression of gliomas,thereby promoting the proliferation,invasion,and recurrence if gliomas.In addition,the expression level of CCL2 is significantly associated with the prognosis of glioma patients and can thus be used as a potential biomarker for determining the prognosis of glioma in the future.This article reviews related studies in recent years and summarizes the research advances in the molecular mechanisms of the involvement of CCL2 in glioma cell growth,invasion,angiogenesis,immunosuppression,and cell recruitment,as well as the clinical significance of CCL2 in glioma.
