摘 要:使用茶多酚(TP)还原氧化石墨烯(GO),制得TP还原氧化石墨烯(TPG),研究GO和TPG补强羧基丁腈胶乳(XNBRL)复合胶膜的结构和性能。结果表明:随着GO用量的增大,GO/XNBRL复合胶膜的300%定伸应力先减小后增大,拉伸强度和拉断长率先增大后减小,GO最佳用量为0.4份;随着TPG用量的增大,TPG/XNBRL复合胶膜的300%定伸应力增大,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率先增大后减小,TPG的最佳用量为0.4份;TPG的分散均匀性和补强效果明显优于GO。The tea polyphenol(TP)was used to reduce graphene oxide(GO)to obtain tea polyphenol reduced graphene oxide(TPG),and the structures and properties of GO and TPG reinforced carboxyl nitrile butadiene latex(XNBRL)composite films were studied.The results showed that,as the dosage of GO increased,the 300%modulus of the GO/XNBRL composite film decreased firstly and then increased,while the tensile strength and elongation at break increased firstly and then decreased,and the optimal dosage of GO was 0.4 phr.As the dosage of TPG increased,the 300%modulus of the TPG/XNBRL composite film increased,while the tensile strength and elongation at break increased firstly and then decreased,and the optimal dosage of TPG was 0.4 phr.The dispersion uniformity and reinforcement effect of TPG were significantly better than those of GO.
