摘  要:技能型人才培养数智化转型源于技术、市场与政策因素的彼此关联,即以技术革命为先导的工作性质变革、以市场需求为导向的就业结构变革和以政策规划为引领的产业布局变革。纵观国际上技能型人才培养数智化转型的实践,呈建设开放、智适、先进的数智化教育资源体系,打造具身化、沉浸式、场景化的数智化人才培养环境,推进教师培训、资格认证、多元协作的数智化改革趋势。为推动新时代技能型人才队伍建设,中国应以国际经验为镜鉴,提升技能型人才培养供给质量与水平,优化技能型人才成长与成才的数智化生态,健全技能型人才培养与社会发展的适配机制,进而构建数智化路向。The digital-intelligence transformation of skilled talents cultivation emerges from a constellation of interconnected changes driven by technological,market and policy forces,particularly the evolution in the nature of work fueled by technological revolution,the evolution in the employment structure oriented by market demand,and the evolution in the industrial layout led by policy planning.By synthesizing global practices related to the digital-intelligence transformation of skilled talents cultivation,several prominent trends have been identified:the establishment of an open and intelligent educational resource system,the creation of an immersive training environment,and the promotion of teacher training and skill qualification certification programs.To promote the construction of highly skilled talents team in the new era,it is advisable to draw upon global experiences,concentrate efforts on enhancing the supply and quality of skilled talents,optimizing the ecosystem for skilled talents development and growth,and improving synchronization between talent cultivation and societal development.
