摘　　要：在产业转型升级和高职教育高质量发展的背景下,加强高职教育产教融合的组织治理与运行治理,对促进教育与产业的深度融合、增强产教融合的多元协同效能等具有重要意义。在分析组织治理与运行治理概念及内涵的基础上,构建了高职教育产教融合组织治理与运行治理的分析框架。该框架多元协同的组织治理和赋能增效的运行治理互为支撑,共同促进高职教育产教融合发展。在具体的推进策略上,组织治理层面可通过推进决策机制、秩序机制、权责机制、监督机制等,提升高职教育产教融合质量;运行治理层面可通过推进沟通协调机制、激励约束机制、纠纷解决机制和评价反馈机制提升治理效能,确保高职教育产教融合的可持续健康发展。In the context of industrial transformation and upgrading,as well as the pursuit of high-quality development in higher vocational education,strengthening the organizational governance and operational governance of the integration between industry and education in higher vocational education holds significant importance for fostering deep integration between industry and education and enhancing the multipartite collaborative efficiency.Drawing upon an analysis of the concepts and connotations of organizational governance and operational governance,we have constructed an analytical framework specifically for the governance of the integration between industry and education in higher vocational education.Within this framework,multipartite collaborative organizational governance and operational governance that enhances empowerment and efficiency are mutually supportive,collectively advancing the integration between industry and education in higher vocational education.As for concrete promotional strategies,at the organizational governance level,the quality of integration between industry and education in higher vocational education can be improved by enhancing decision-making,order-maintenance,rights-and-responsibilities clarification,and supervisory mechanisms.At the operational governance level,governance efficiency can be bolstered through the advancement of communication and coordination mechanisms,incentive and restraint systems,dispute resolution procedures,and evaluation and feedback mechanisms,thereby ensuring the sustainable and healthy development of integration between industry and education in higher vocational education.
