摘　　要：目的:以可视化方式分析国内医院学科建设领域的研究进展和趋势,为推动医院学科建设高质量发展提供参考。方法:通过检索中国知网数据库近10年发表的医院学科建设相关文献,利用CiteSpace和Excel进行作者、关键词及来源等方面进行可视化分析。结果:将1166篇文献纳入研究,发现国内医院学科建设领域学者间的合作研究尚未达到预期的协同效应,研究发展存在不均衡现象,并缺乏深入的学术研究等问题。结论:加强机构、学者间的合作研究,促进学科协同发展;缩小研究发展差距,提升整体医疗服务水平;深化学术研究领域,优化医疗服务体系。Objective:To analyze the research progress and trends in hospital discipline construction in China through visualization,providing a reference for promoting high-quality development in this field.Methods:Relevant literature on hospital discipline construction published in the past ten years was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database.CiteSpace and Excel were used for visual analysis of authors,keywords,and sources.Results:A total of 1,166 papers were included in the study.The findings revealed that collaborative research among scholars in this field has not yet achieved the expected synergistic effect.Additionally,research development is unbalanced,and in-depth academic studies remain insufficient.Conclusion:Strengthening cooperation among institutions and scholars can promote coordinated discipline development.Reducing the research development gap can enhance the overall quality of medical services,while deepening academic research can help optimize the healthcare service system.
