摘 要:图书馆经历了从收藏到以用户为中心的发展历程。在数智时代,图书馆服务的个性化转型、数字化时代的图书馆创新、图书馆空间的多功能融合,对图书馆学教育带来挑战:课程体系未完全适应核心业务新要求,培养模式难以适应核心业务创新发展,图书馆提供的就业支持力度减弱。论文提出了核心业务创新驱动的图书馆人才合作发展策略,包括注重合作建立图书馆员能力标准,合作提升图书馆人才培养能力,合作完善人才聘任与评价体系,着力打通图书馆人才发展通道,培育选拔图书馆行业领军人才,从而提升人才的胜任力、培养力、任用力、发展力与领导力。The library has gone through different stages of development from a collection-centered approach to a user-centered approach.In the era of digital intelligence,the personalized transformation of library services,library innovation in the digital age,and the multifunctional integration of library space bring challenges for library science education:incomplete adaptation of curriculum systems to new requirements of core business,difficulty in adapting training modes to innovative development of core business,and weakened employment support provided by libraries.This paper proposes the development strategies for talent cultivation cooperation driven by core business innovation including establishing librarian competency standards,enhancing library talent training capabilities,improving talent appointment and evaluation systems,striving to open up channels for library talent development,and cultivating and selecting leading talents in the library industry,in order to enhance the competence,cultivation,appointment,development,and leadership of library professionals.
