摘　　要：本次年鉴介绍血管功能障碍下肢截肢后幻肢痛发病率、幻肢痛独立危险因素以及幻肢痛鉴别诊断。治疗新进展包括靶向背外侧前额叶皮层的重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS),通过脑机接口客观监测大脑活动实施靶向治疗。This yearbook introduces the incidence of phantom limb pain due to vascular dysfunction.the independent risk factors and the differential diagnosis for phantom limb pain.New advances in treatment include repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)targeting the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex,and targeted treatment through objective monitoring of brain activity via brain-computer interfaces.
