摘 要:海藻多糖(seaweed polysaccharides,SPs)是一种具有降血糖功效的胞内杂多糖。该文对SPs的来源、结构特征、降血糖功效的影响因素以及抗氧化活性与降血糖功效的关联进行概述,重点介绍SPs降血糖作用的研究现状及作用机制,并展望其未来研究方向,为深入研究和开发利用SPs,制备功能性食品与药物来预防和治疗糖尿病提供参考和依据。Seaweed polysaccharide(SP)is a kind of intracellular heteropolysaccharide with hypoglycemic effects.In this paper,the sources,structural characteristics,influencing factors for the hypoglycemic effect of SPs,as well as a correlation between its antioxidant activity and hypoglycemic effects were summarized.The current research status of SPs´hypoglycemic effect and its action mechanism were emphasized.Besides,the prospect for future research direction was illustrated.The paper could provide theoretical reference and literature basis for further research as well as the development and utilization of SPs to prepare functional foods and drugs for the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
