突发公共卫生事件背景下多种类应急物资配送路径优化研究

摘　　要：为了保障针对性检测以及治疗措施和传染病防控工作的顺利开展,并制定科学合理的应急医疗物资配送策略,构建了以最大化满意度和最早配送服务结束时间为目标的多中心多物资车辆路径优化模型。首先,在传染病扩散SQEIR模型的基础上预测医疗物资需求;其次,针对多样化的应急医疗物资使用情景,设计两种函数来评估不同类物资的配送满意度;最后,运用改进的樽海鞘算法对模型进行求解,并与传统NSGA-Ⅱ算法的结果进行了对比分析。模拟实验结果显示,所提出的模型和改进算法能够更高效地解决突发公共卫生事件下的应急医疗物资配送问题,且改进算法在全局搜索性能方面呈现出更为优越的特点。To guarantee the smooth implementation of targeted testing and treatment measures and infectious disease prevention and control,and to also formulate a scientific and reasonable distribution strategy for emergency medical supplies,a multi-center,multi-material vehicle path optimization model was constructed.Its primary objective was to maximize satisfaction and the earliest delivery service end time.First,the demand for medical supplies was predicted based on the SQEIR model for spreading infectious diseases.Second,two functions were designed to evaluate the satisfaction of different classes of material distribution for diverse emergency medical material use scenarios.Finally,the improved salp swarm algorithm was designed to solve the model,and the results were compared and analyzed with those of the traditional NSGA-II algorithm.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed model and the improved algorithm can efficiently solve the emergency medical material distribution problem under public health emergencies,and the improved algorithm presents superior characteristics in terms of global search performance.
