摘　　要：针对目前防止电力机车非预期制动长时间抱闸运行监测装置存在结构复杂、可靠性低、安全风险高、不易甄别制动或缓解位等问题,在介绍大功率HXD3C型电力机车停放制动设备组成和工作原理的基础上,提出大功率HXD3C型电力机车夹钳式单元制动器防抱闸运行监测报警装置要求,设计监测报警装置总体架构、硬件和软件,并开展实验室试验和现场测试。结果表明:监测报警装置能实时监测在正常运行过程中大功率HXD3C型电力机车非预期抱闸或长时间制动,符合设计要求。In response to the problems of complex structure,low reliability,high safety risks,and difficulty in iden⁃tifying braking or release positions in the current monitoring device for preventing electric locomotive from running under unexpected braking during holding brake shoe for a long time,on the basis of introducing the composition and working principle of the parking brake equipment of the high⁃power HXD3C electric locomotive,the requirements of the monitoring and alarm device to prevent from running during holding brake shoe of the clamp unit brake of the high⁃power HXD3C electric locomotive are proposed.The overall architecture,hardware,and software of the monitor⁃ing and alarm device are designed,and laboratory test and on⁃site test are carried out.The results show that the monitoring and alarm device can monitor in real⁃time the unexpected brake holding or prolonged braking of the high⁃power HXD3C electric locomotive during normal operation,which meets the design requirements.
