摘 要:格巧高速双河特大桥为(56+152+356+140)m高低塔斜拉桥,采用半飘浮约束体系;主梁采用宽28.7 m的双边工字形钢-混组合梁;桥塔为H形钢筋混凝土结构,采用整体式塔墩和钻孔灌注桩基础;斜拉索采用标准抗拉强度1860 MPa的钢绞线斜拉索,梁端采用锚拉板锚固,塔端采用钢锚梁锚固。针对该桥抗震设防水准高、成桥后蓄水深度大和非对称布置等特点,通过纵、横向约束体系对比分析采用在桥塔处设置纵向粘滞阻尼器,在辅助墩和桥台处设置横向软钢阻尼器的双向阻尼约束体系。采用考虑内域水和外域水附加质量的计算方法,分析高烈度深水大跨斜拉桥在地震作用下的流固耦合效应;设置风嘴和中央稳定板气动措施保障施工和运营阶段该桥的颤振和涡振性能满足规范要求。为改善钢-混组合梁桥面板的抗裂性能,上部结构采用“单节段循环+桥面板湿接缝滞后钢主梁2个节间浇筑”的施工方案。计算结果表明,该桥静动力性能满足规范要求,安全可靠。The Shuanghe River Bridge of Geqiao Expressway is a cable-stayed bridge of a semi-floating system,featuring the two pylons with different heights.The superstructure,arranged in four spans of 56,152,356,140 m,consists of two I-shaped steel edge girders,steel stringers,floor beams and the overlaid concrete slabs,with the width reaching 28.7 m.The pylons are H-shaped reinforced concrete structures,and each pylon rests on an integral pier that is supported by a bored pile foundation.The stay cables,which are composed of steel strands with a nominal tensile strength of 1860 MPa,are anchored to the deck via anchor tensile plates and to the pylons via steel anchor beams.To accommodate the seismic conditions and the large water storage depth of the reservoir after the completion of the bridge as well as the asymmetrical configuration of the structure,a two-way damping restraint system is applied,which incorporates the longitudinal viscous dampers at the pylons and the transverse soft steel dampers at the auxiliary piers and abutments.The calculation method that considers the additional mass of the water is employed to analyze the fluid-solid coupling effect on the long-span cable-stayed bridge in deep water and high seismic intensity region under the seismic actions.Wind fairings and central stabilizers are installed to allow the flutter and vortex-induced vibrations of the bridge to be within the required ranges at both the construction and service stages.To enhance the cracking resistance of the concrete slabs,the steel girder segments were erected in a single-segment-cycled manner,and the pouring of the cast-in-situ joints was carried out two segments behind the erection of the steel main girders.The calculation results demonstrate that the static and dynamic properties of the bridge meet the code requirements,and the bridge structure is safe and reliable.
