摘  要:为了解跨座式单轨钢-混组合轨道梁的力学性能,给标准化设计提供参考,采用MIDAS Civil软件建立轨道梁有限元模型,分析不同梁高、混凝土桥面板厚度、钢梁顶底板厚度以及结构体系等关键设计参数下跨座式单轨钢-混组合轨道梁的强度和刚度变化规律,进一步分析跨座式单轨标准跨度钢-混组合轨道梁整体受力特性。结果表明:不同参数下轨道梁各构件容许应力均小于强度设计值,满足规范要求且有较大富余,刚度指标主要控制轨道梁的设计;梁高对跨座式单轨钢-混组合轨道梁的力学性能影响最大,而混凝土桥面板厚度的影响最小;跨座式单轨钢-混组合轨道梁的梁高建议取值不宜低于2.4 m;拟定的标准跨度轨道梁结构尺寸合理,整体受力性能和稳定性较好。This paper numerically investigates the mechanical properties of the straddle-type monorail steel-concrete composite girder,using MIDAS Civil.The effects of multiple parameters on the strength and stiffness of the girder were analyzed,including girder depth,concrete panel thickness,bottom plate thickness of the steel girder and the type of structural system,and the global mechanical performance of the straddle monorail steel-concrete composite girders in standardized span length was examined.As per the analysis,the allowable stresses of various components are less than the design strengths,under varying parameters,which meet the code requirements and have a large safety margin.The stiffness of the girder controls the design.Girder depth is the most critical parameter,the value of which should be above 2.4 m,and the concrete panel thickness exerts minor influence on the mechanical performance of the straddle-type monorail steel-concrete composite girder.Rational dimension of the girder will lead to sound mechanical performance and stability.
