摘　　要：目的:分析小剂量富马酸喹硫平联合丁苯酞对血管性痴呆(VaD)患者认知功能、精神行为症状的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年4月佛山市康复医院收治的60例VaD患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例,接受丁苯酞治疗)和观察组(30例,接受小剂量富马酸喹硫平联合丁苯酞治疗)。比较两组认知功能评分、精神行为症状评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组简明精神病评定量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.001);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小剂量富马酸喹硫平联合丁苯酞治疗VaD的效果良好,可有效改善患者认知功能、精神行为症状,且不会显著增加不良反应。Objective:To analyze the effects of low-dose quetiapine fumarate combined with butylphthalide on cognitive function and neuropsychiatric symptoms in patients with vascular dementia(VaD).Methods:Sixty patients with VaD admitted to Foshan Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=30,treated with butylphthalide)and an observation group(n=30,treated with low-dose quetiapine fumarate combined with butylphthalide).The cognitive function scores,neuropsychiatric symptom scores,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the Montreal Cognitive Assessment scores increased in both groups,with the observation group being higher than the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale scores decreased in both groups,with the observation group being lower than the control group(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose quetiapine fumarate combined with butylphthalide is effective in treating VaD,significantly improving cognitive function and neuropsychiatric symptoms without significantly increasing adverse reactions.
